Customer Issue: The customer’s general store attic needed its insulation replaced.
Our Solution: The floor’s air sealing was alright, so our task didn’t require emptying the entire attic; just moving everything away from the walls. After covering everything with foam and fiberglass and letting it set in place, our project ended with us moving the stored goods back into place.

Customer Issue: Discovered mice in his attic.
Our Solution: We placed non-lethal traps near the nest and carried out a comprehensive decontamination of the nesting area, ensuring no droppings or dirt remained. We sealed all entry points, replaced the strip brush under the door and made sure there were no other infested areas.

Customer Issue: Wanted to prevent a rodent infestation.
Our Solution: We started by looking for possible locations where the rodents penetrated the house. We found the leftovers of a large rat nest in the attic next to a hole in the roof. After carefully cleaning and decontaminating the area we repaired and sealed the hole, as well as a few additional minor cavities.

Customer Issue: Dirty crawl space.
Our Solution: It looked like the space has never been cleaned, so removed all the debris, rotten wood, rodent droppings (and a few carcasses), and then carried out a complete cleaning and decontamination of the mold and mildew that was growing on some spots, ensuring that the space was accessible for regular inspection afterwards.

Customer Issue: Low air quality.
Our Solution: Our experts went out to the customer's home and dusted off windows and walls first with a professional duster, before switching to a high-powered vacuum with a HEPA filter to suck up all dust and other materials safely.

Customer Issue: Wanted lower energy spending.
Our Solution: Our knowledgeable team helped the customer determine that sealing their attic to avoid air leaks would likely help lower their energy bill. After a thorough search to find all potential cracks, we carefully sealed them up with caulk.

Customer Issue: Old insulation.
Our Solution: After determining the customer's insulation was crumbling to the touch and had holes causing cold spots, our team put on proper protective gear to be able to carefully remove the pieces and put it into bags to be disposed of.
